Early Intervention Specialist – Join a Growing Team

Early Stages Enterprises is actively hiring an Early Intervention Specialist to provide in-home services for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays.

This is a flexible, field-based role ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with young children and families. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will use play-based strategies, support parent coaching, and help children build critical developmental skills during their earliest years.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home early intervention services for children ages 0–3
• Use play-based and routine-based strategies to support development
• Coach parents and caregivers during sessions
• Conduct developmental assessments and complete reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and service notes
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and providers
• May supervise Early Intervention Assistants and Technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with infants and toddlers (0–3) preferred
• Strong communication and basic report writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based / in-home setting
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Must pass Live Scan background check and TB test
