About the Role
Our CADCs work with patients individually and in a group setting within our outpatient service program. They function as part of a comprehensive treatment team that includes everyone from medical providers to the front desk staff, all working together to provide the best and most individualized care possible for patients.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25-$35 DOE and Licensure
- PTO (earned on an accrual basis with increases at one year and every 5 years thereafter)
- Sick Time (40 hours annually)

What You’ll Do
- Individual and group therapy
- Conduct multidimensional alcohol and drug assessments in accordance with ASAM guidelines
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with community partners and referring agencies
- Use evidence-based interventions to enhance patient's motivation and development of coping skills
- Maintain caseload across various programs (MAT, DUII, IOP, OP etc.)
Minimum Requirements
- Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor Certification (CADC I, CADC II, CADC III) or CADC-R
- Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Demonstrating knowledge and utilization of various counseling theories/modalities
- Proficiency in communication: verbal, written, and nonverbal
- Familiarity with relevant and local recovery resources and services
- Complying with expectation to close chart notes within 72 hours
- Understanding of the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
- Ability to facilitate effective and meaningful group therapy
Position is contingent on passing an OHA Background check and successful completion of a urine analysis (UA) after accepting job offer
