Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Medical Social ServicesLocation: New York, NY 10065Duration: 27 Weeks (High Potential for Extension)Schedule: Day Shift – 24 Hours/Week (3 Days)Monday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PMPosition Overview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join a dynamic medical social services team for a 27-week assignment. This role supports patients and families in a hospital or outpatient setting, focusing on psychosocial assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning.
