Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Caring Hearts Behavioral Services LLC is a ABA provider based in Fayetteville, NC and provides and administers behavioral and language-based therapies for Autistic children and young adults. We are committed to supporting children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders reach their goals through Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Modification. As an RBT, you will be working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism in a clinic, home, school, and/or daycare setting .

A Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provides 1:1 therapy in a variety of settings including clinic, home, school, and settings within the community. RBTs are responsible for their client for the entire session (typically 2-4 hours) including keeping the child engaged, setting up incidental learning opportunities, teaching appropriate play and social skills, and providing reinforcement.

Children in our program range from 18 months to adult years in age. Shift times vary depending upon the age and needs of the client, but availability is expected during our operating hours. Services are provided throughout the day. Flexible schedules are available making this an ideal for anyone looking to make a difference in the life of our very exceptional clients.

This is an entry level position, we are however committed to encouraging and fostering growth in an extremely fulfilling field.

Your duties would include

• Data collection
• Data for behaviors
• Keeping client engaged and motivated to complete tasks
• Motivating clients through pairing, play, and reinforcement
• Reading, comprehending and following plans as designed by your supervisor
• Attending to details
• Collaboration with supervisors on caseload, when required
• Utilizing our Electronic Health Records System (EHR)

Placement with a client is dependent on candidate completing all training and certification processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
