Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, DE. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to our clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services to clients in a variety of settings, including home and community-based environments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders

  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and analysis

  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • 1+ years of experience working as a BCBA in a private agency or clinical setting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
