**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team providing home based ABA services. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health working with individuals with autism, has reliable transportation, and is fluent in Spanish. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing support to individuals in need.
**Duties:**
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor
- Collect data on individual behaviors during sessions
- Assist in the development of care plans and goals
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism
- Help individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Utilize behavior management techniques effectively
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred
- Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
