Part-Time/ Full-Time Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW)

Whether you’re looking to add a night or two to your schedule or seeking a consistent 5–20 hours per week, we’d love to meet you!

Duties

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients in distress and ensure their safety.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health disorders and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Provide psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or other counseling services to individuals or families.
• Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Develop treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy.
• Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers as necessary.
• Complete documentation as required, using EHR
• Maintain a caseload with set minimums and Keep EHR calendar up to date
• Utilize collaborative documentation as a treatment modality
• Engage in effective coordination of care across health and behavioral health services to facilitate wellness and recovery of the whole person
• Facilitate and oversee clinical groups throughout the year
• Make referrals or link to care coordination
• Serve as a community educator by providing mental health information to relevant individuals, organizations, and groups

Experience

• A Master’s degree in Counseling/Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid Massachusetts license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW)
• Proven experience in mental health
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in social work practice.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
