You will be joining a dedicated team focused on fostering positive behavioral growth and supporting student success across diverse caseloads and age groups, which will be determined prior to your start.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active and current National RBT Certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong skills in data collection, behavior intervention, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting students with varying behavioral and developmental needs
- Ability to adapt to caseload assignments and different school environments
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all communication
What You’ll Do:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on students’ progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, as assigned
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
- Communicate regularly with supervising staff and families, as directed
