Important Position Details
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Hinesville, Georgia.
This is not a remote role.
Candidates must be located in the Hinesville area or willing to relocate. We welcome both local applicants and relocation candidates who are looking for a supportive, clinic-based BCBA position with long-term growth potential.

About the Role
The BCBA will provide clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role includes assessment, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, staff supervision, data review, and clinical oversight.
You will report to the Clinical Director and work closely with the leadership team to ensure high-quality services, ethical care, and strong outcomes for children and families.
As Gold Vine ABA grows, this role will offer opportunities for advancement into leadership, training, program development, or expanded clinical responsibilities if desired. We won't push anything on your that you don't want, but opportunities will be available!
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and functional behavior assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case oversight
  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs
  • Review data and update programming based on client progress
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Collaborate with families and clinic staff to support client success
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and clinic standards
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and staff development
  • Support a positive, ethical, and family-centered clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
Required:
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work full-time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered, evidence-based care
  • CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred:
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Experience with clinic-based ABA services
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Interest in long-term growth or future leadership opportunities
