Renaissance Care Home (RCH) is seeking managers to join its team.
RCH have 5 licensed Residential Care Homes in Raleigh/Durham/ Wake Forest area with plans to grow.
The selected candidate shall have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and shall be capable of working independently within a well-established structured environment. The selected candidate shall have strength in implementing and managing change.
The selected candidate must have relevant experience that shows stability in their work history at leadership position. The preferred candidates shall have compassion, take ownership of their responsibility and be able to support all homes.
A minimum of a Med Tech with CNA/PCA and at least 5 years of senior care experience is required. Relevant education maybe substitude for experience. Candidates with the following background are preferred:

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor junior staff, including CNAs and Med Techs, to enhance team performance.
- Lead in providing direct patient care and support, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Lead in the administration of basic life support and medical documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMAR systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
