Patient Care Coordinator
Holmen, WI
Full-Time (36–40 hours)
$18 - $20/hour
About the Role
At Rivertown Dental, we believe that the first and last impression matters, and that starts with you.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and voice that helps patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they connect with us. Whether you're greeting someone at the front desk, helping them schedule their next visit, or answering a question, your role is all about creating a positive and supportive experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is naturally organized, and wants to grow in a healthcare setting. No dental experience? That’s okay. We’re happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and kindness, both in person and over the phone
- Help patients schedule and manage appointments
- Assist with basic check-in and check-out processes
- Answer questions and help guide patients to the right resources
- Support the team with general front desk and administrative tasks
- Keep the front office space clean, organized, and inviting
- Work alongside a supportive team that jumps in to help one another
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine care for others
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage a busy (but supportive!) environment
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others succeed
No prior dental experience required. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
What We Offer
- Flexible scheduling options
- A positive, team-first culture where you’re supported and valued
- On-the-job training and growth opportunities
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 401(k) with matching opportunities
- Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay

- Life insurance options for you and your family
