We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy. Whether you are already certified or looking to start your career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills
  • Implement behavior support strategies and interventions
  • Accurately collect session data and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress and program updates
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistent attendance

· Lift up to 30lbs

· Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children

· Get on and off the floor frequently

· Maintain an active pace throughout the day

· Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe

· Consistent attendance and punctuality

· Encourage skill development through play, movement, reading, interactive games, and hands-on activities

· Stay physically engaged throughout sessions to connect with and support each child

· Keep therapy areas safe, organized, and welcoming

· Join a collaborative, purpose-driven team that celebrates every milestone and achievement

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field)
  • RBT certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Hours: Part-time and Full-time / Flexible scheduling available

Schedule: Monday - Friday, (8:00am-7:30pm) *May include an occasional Saturday based on patient needs

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
