We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical as the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for guiding them through the initial process and ensuring a professional, responsive, and engaging experience.The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and messages
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively present the firm’s services
- Schedule consultations and ensure proper follow-up to maximize client conversion
- Gather and organize initial client information and documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the firm’s system
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to move cases forward
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth case intake and onboarding
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume communications
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in intake, customer service, or sales is a plus
