Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to foster independence and improve daily functioning.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and interventions to monitor effectiveness and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Provide support in teaching social skills, communication, and coping strategies to enhance client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including care plans and behavioral health records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across environments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.

  • Previous experience in behavior management or teaching roles is a plus.
