Compensation:
- Target earnings range from approximately $99,000 to $120,000 depending on level and experience
- Base salary range: $90,000–$100,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
The BCBA will serve as a case supervisor within a center-based ABA program. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an ethical caseload and contributing to meaningful client outcomes.
- 20 billable hours/week → massive burnout reduction

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
- Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology or a related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
