Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Clinic-based position in the greater metropolitan area (Southeastern U.S.)

Compensation:

  • Target earnings range from approximately $99,000 to $120,000 depending on level and experience
  • Base salary range: $90,000–$100,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

The BCBA will serve as a case supervisor within a center-based ABA program. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an ethical caseload and contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

  • 20 billable hours/week → massive burnout reduction

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff
  • Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology or a related field
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
