Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy
• Complete documentation within 48 hours
• Participate in case consultation and trainings
• Collaborate with clinical directors and peers
• Maintain high ethical and clinical standards

Requirements

• Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• 1+ years post-licensure preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and values-aligned
• Willing to maintain a consistent caseload

Schedule

• In-office required
• 28 client hours per week is full time
• Full caseload typically built within 4–6 weeks

Pay: $56.00 - $90.00 per hour
