Job Title: Virtual School Psychologist (1099 Contractor)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Virtual School Psychologist to provide remote services to K–12 students in Delaware. This 1099 contractor role offers flexibility while supporting students’ academic achievement, behavioral needs, and social-emotional development in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations
- Interpret assessment data and develop clear, legally compliant reports
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
- Provide consultation regarding behavioral interventions and mental health concerns
- Ensure compliance with Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Delaware Department of Education regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state timelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid Delaware license as a School Psychologist OR eligibility for licensure through the Delaware Department of Education
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a school setting (virtual experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Delaware special education processes and compliance requirements
- Strong assessment, report writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Secure, private workspace that ensures student confidentiality
- Computer with webcam and ability to use teletherapy and digital assessment platforms
