Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
*In-Home Therapists must be able to commute from home to home*

We’re seeking dedicated and highly independent Registered Behavior Technicians who thrive in autonomous environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress & support families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
