Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify student needs
- Provide direct and indirect interventions to promote students’ well-being
- Participate in eligibility and IEP/504 meetings, offering expert recommendations
- Design data-driven behavioral interventions and monitor effectiveness
- Support crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
- Foster inclusive school environments that value diversity and equity
