Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments
  • Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify student needs
  • Provide direct and indirect interventions to promote students’ well-being
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP/504 meetings, offering expert recommendations
  • Design data-driven behavioral interventions and monitor effectiveness
  • Support crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
  • Foster inclusive school environments that value diversity and equity
