Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Clinical Director overseeing all of our Clinic operations across the state of Georgia. This is a full time leadership position responsible for overseeing clinical quality, supporting staff, and ensuring excellent client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and support RBTs in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff and paraprofessionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Review and analyze data using our electronic data collection system
• Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and best practices are maintained
• Perform other related clinical and leadership duties as needed

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field from an accredited university
• Strong clinical competence and sound judgment
• Experience supervising clinical staff
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 annually
