We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a consultant, with a clear pathway to equity partnership as the platform grows.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to go beyond traditional clinical work and play a foundational role in building a modern ABA platform. You will contribute to both clinical design and business strategy, helping shape how services are delivered, scaled, and maintained at high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Program Development
· Design and guide ABA-based programs and service models
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
· Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify child needs and strengths
· Establish clinical protocols, documentation standards, and treatment frameworks
· Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and produce clinical reports
· Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism or other developmental disabilities
Operations & Team Development
· Develop staffing models and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
· Create training systems for staff and caregiver education
· Support recruitment standards and team structure planning
Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
· Maintain alignment with BACB guidelines and payer requirements
Collaboration & Strategy
· Coordinate with schools, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams (including IEP participation)
· Contribute to long-term growth strategy, scalability, and service expansion
· Advise on billing models (insurance, Medicaid, private pay) and operational best practices
· Assist in developing parent-facing educational content and resources
Qualifications
· Active BCBA certification in good standing
· Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
· Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ABA experience
· Strong knowledge of ABA service delivery and clinical best practices
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
· Interest in entrepreneurship, program building, or startup environments
Preferred Experience
· Experience launching or scaling ABA clinics or programs
· Familiarity with insurance authorization, Medicaid, and private pay structures
· Background in training and supervising clinical teams

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
