· Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and produce clinical reports

· Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Operations & Team Development

Collaboration & Strategy

· Coordinate with schools, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams (including IEP participation)

· Contribute to long-term growth strategy, scalability, and service expansion

· Advise on billing models (insurance, Medicaid, private pay) and operational best practices

· Assist in developing parent-facing educational content and resources

Qualifications

· Active BCBA certification in good standing

· Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

· Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ABA experience

· Strong knowledge of ABA service delivery and clinical best practices

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

· Interest in entrepreneurship, program building, or startup environments

Preferred Experience

· Experience launching or scaling ABA clinics or programs

· Familiarity with insurance authorization, Medicaid, and private pay structures

· Background in training and supervising clinical teams

What We Offer

· Flexible, consultant-based engagement
