Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapy (Sacramento)

Overview

EverBloom Holistic Nursing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice. This is a hybrid position for a clinician who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals including those on the autism spectrum.

We are looking for someone who is patient, grounded, and able to build meaningful connections with clients and families while providing thoughtful, affirming care.

Position Details

Flexible scheduling
Hybrid role with at least one in-person day per week in the Sacramento office
Opportunity to grow your caseload at your own pace

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Work with neurodivergent populations including autism and ADHD
Use developmentally appropriate approaches including play therapy when working with children
Provide parent support and family guidance when appropriate
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation
Support clients with emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, trauma, and anxiety
Collaborate with psychiatric provider for integrated care

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Master of Social Work from an accredited program
Licensed in the state of California as one of the following
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT
Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW

Strong interest or experience working with children and adolescents
Comfortable working with individuals on the autism spectrum
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team

Preferred

Experience with play therapy or child-centered approaches
Experience working with neurodivergent populations
Background in trauma-informed care
