Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with Colorado-based clients
- Provide care for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant client history
- Build treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress
- Support clients through relationship issues, conflict, parenting challenges, stress, and transitions
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Colorado
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
