Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This full-time remote role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants steady clinical work without evenings, weekends, or in-office commuting. You will provide therapy to Colorado clients who need support with marriage concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, communication patterns, and life transitions.
The work is practical and client-focused. You will help clients understand what is happening in their relationships, build healthier ways to communicate, and move through challenges with a clear care plan.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through secure video sessions
- Provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals
- Help clients address relationship strain, anxiety, stress, grief, family concerns, and conflict
- Develop treatment goals and track progress over time
- Keep clinical records organized and current
- Use appropriate evidence-based therapy methods
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Colorado
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
