Voted Philadelphia Business Journals Best Places to Work 2024Join the CritiCare Team –Monday-Friday, School Day Hours We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs in a school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with staff and families to develop and implement effective behavior interventions that promote student success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze dataDevelop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide direct and consultative behavior support to studentsTrain and support teachers, aides, and staff on behavior strategiesMonitor student progress and adjust interventions as neededCollaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetingsQualifications:Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience working with children, preferably in a school settingStrong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skillsWork Environment:School-based setting (elementary, middle, or high school)Follows school calendar and scheduleWhat We OfferFlexible, as-needed schedulingCompetitive per-visit rates:Supportive clinical and administrative teamOpportunity to work with a diverse patient populationWork Environment:School-based setting (elementary, middle, or high school)Follows school calendar and scheduleInterested?We’d love to connect and learn more about your availability and goals.Licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and certified by Medicare and Medicaid, we offer a full spectrum of home health services, including IV therapy and wound care.
