Why Brave Steps ABA?

We know there are a lot of ABA companies out there — but Brave Steps isn’t just another logo on a website. We’re a mission-driven, family-focused team committed to making a real difference, especially for those who serve.

  • Supporting military families with purpose We’re proud to specialize in serving military-connected families, helping their children thrive with compassionate, ethical, and individualized care.
  • Small team, big heart We are not a large corporate provider. That means no red tape — just real people working together toward meaningful progress.
  • BCBA mentorship that actually exists Supervisors are actively involved in your client’s care and provide support inside and outside of sessions. You're never left figuring it out alone.
  • Tight-knit team culture We value kindness, collaboration, and transparency. Leadership is involved and genuinely invested in you, your growth, and your clients.
  • Quality over quantity We don’t push 30–40 hour/week programs unless they’re clinically necessary. Services are recommended based on what’s best for each client — not billing targets.
  • We know your name You’ll never be just another employee ID number. Your success and your clients’ progress are personal to us.
