Dealership: L0808 Audi St. PaulLithia & Driveway/Carousel – Supporting 21 stores across Minnesota and Michigan, including both domestic and import dealerships.As a BDC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.What You’ll Do:

Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
Maintain and organize our customer database
Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (phone and email)
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Fast and accurate typing; bonus points for strong computer and phone skills
Positive, dependable, and eager to learn

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Hourly Rate ranging from $17-$18 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $60,000High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
