Social Work Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of social workers, ensuring they deliver compassionate, effective services aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards
• Oversee program development initiatives to enhance service quality, expand outreach, and meet evolving client needs
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, case assignments, and documentation to ensure smooth program functioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and other stakeholders to promote collaborative care
• Develop and monitor budgets for programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
• Provide guidance on behavioral health interventions and support strategies tailored to youth
• Conduct performance evaluations, supervise and conduct staff training, and foster a positive team environment focused on professional growth

Experience

• One year of proven full-time paid supervisory experience in social work, counseling, psychology, child and youth development, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in program development and implementation within social services or related fields
• Strong relationship management skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including clients, families, service providers, and community organizations.
• Supervising experience that highlights leadership in team development, conflict resolution, and performance management

Pay: $56,541.67 - $68,093.20 per year
