• Part-time pay: $65 - $75 an hour ($1,000 signing bonus)
• Full- time pay: $75,000-$85,000 an hour – 25 billable hours ($2,000 signing bonus)

BCBA Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of assessments and FBAs
• Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans
• Monitor progress on goals and make modifications as needed
• Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavioral Therapists
• Coordinate with school, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment

BCBA Requirements:

• Board Certification (BCBA)
• For Massachusetts: LABA
