Associate or licensed therapist: AMFT, ASW, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC: working with primarily Asian clients

Yellow Chair Collective is looking for passionate, culturally responsive therapists to join our growing team. Our practice centers Asian, Asian American, and multicultural mental health while also providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, teens, couples, and families.

Under Yellow Chair Collective, we are also growing Nabi Family Therapy, a focused branch of our practice dedicated to supporting children, teens, parents, and families through culturally responsive and relational care.

Preferred, but not required:

This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility of remote therapy with some in person sessions at our Manhattan Beach or Arcadia location.

Compensation and Benefits

Associate Therapists
ASW, AMFT, APCC, Art Therapist, PA

We provide clinical supervision from experienced LCSWs, LMFTs, psychologists, and ATR BC supervisors.

Pay structure based on weekly caseload:

• 1 to 22 clients per week: $35 per clinical hour, clinical training, supervision, sick hours, 401K with matching after a 3 month probationary period, and annual raise eligibility for maintaining 18 or more clients per week
• 23 to 30 clients per week: $40 per clinical hour, all of the above, medical insurance with HSA option, $500 annual education reimbursement, and eligibility for performance based raises
• 31 or more clients per week: $45 per clinical hour, all of the above, PTO, and holiday pay

Licensed Therapists
LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, Licensed Art Therapist

We are especially looking for therapists who specialize in working with children, teens, parents, and families.

• Pay: $50 to $82 per clinical hour, based on experience and caseload
• Must be able to commit to seeing at least 10 clients per week
• Evening or weekend availability in PST is preferred

Who We Are Looking For

• You are California BBS registered or a soon to graduate master’s level clinician
• You are LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, and committed to culturally responsive care
• You have interest or experience in supporting children, teens, parents, families, couples, or relational work
• You are interested in opportunities beyond individual therapy, including family therapy, couples therapy, webinars, trainings, community building, and providing workshops.
• You are able to work hybrid from one of our LA or OC offices.
• You have a HIPAA compliant private space for remote therapy
• Not required, but prefer bilingual therapists who speak Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
