We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Chinese-English) Home Care Coordinator Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional home healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support home care coordinators and staff
• Oversee patient scheduling, care plans, and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
• Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and management
• Handle escalations and ensure high-quality patient care

Experience

• Bilingual in Chinese and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
