Behavior Technician (RBT) – Home-Based ABA (Mandarin Speaking Skills a Plus)

Location: Brooklyn, Queens, and surrounding areas

About the Role

ABA Dynamic is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy. We serve a diverse community and are seeking candidates who can support effective communication between clients, families, and clinical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments

• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus where it supports client communication needs

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting

• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development

• Partner with caregivers to reinforce learning

• Complete accurate session documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain

• Experience working with children preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
