Reentry Counselor/ Criminal Justice /PLPC, LPC, LCSW

We are currently looking for a mental health counselor to add to our team of professionals providing mental health/behavioral health services to individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system either pretrial or post-conviction who are involved with adjustments to a prosocial lifestyle.

We are a small team with a large mission to provide the best mental and behavioral health services to individuals reentering community following incarceration!

We currently have on team psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors, Certified Reciprocal Alcohol Drug Counselors, Drug Testing Technicians, and Office Manager/Administrative staff to keep us all up and running. We are ready to add to our team!

BeaconStar Counseling LLC is a well-established mental health counseling center in Springfield Missouri providing mental health and behavioral health services to referrals from the United States Pretrial & Probation Office, Employee Assistance Programs, The Missouri Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, The Missouri Board of Nursing, and Self-Referred Individuals.

We are located at 3032 S. Fremont Ave C200 (just south of Battlefield Road near the Battlefield Mall). in Springfield Missouri with a nice office environment.

Our hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9am-7pm, Fridays 9am-2pm, and Saturdays 9am-2pm offering a flexible scheduling opportunity for both our team members and the individuals we serve.

We have a constant flow of referrals with an appearance rate within the 95% to 98% show rate making it easy to build a counselor caseload if you prefer contract without the stress of having to find your own referral sources or deal with no shows.

To make it easy for you, we provide office space and supplies. No need to spend your own money on rent or supplies.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
