We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate LCAST/LCSW-Group Facilitator to join our dedicated mental health and behavioral services team. In this role, you will lead group therapy sessions, facilitate therapeutic activities, and support individuals across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. - Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intake evaluations to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide direct support through individual counseling, crisis intervention, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavioral management strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions effectively while adhering to clinical standards.
- Manage case documentation using ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical records management.
- Engage in clinical research activities to support ongoing program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical counseling or mental health services with adults.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Familiarity with crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies in inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic purposes and medical documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance.
- Telehealth experience is preferred to facilitate remote patient care effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations sensitively and professionally.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.25 per hour
