CNA Care Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA Care Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will often be working with new clients, being the first person to care for them while we identify permanent care professionals to take over. You will also be supporting us in our Fayetteville office and at times supporting the after hours phones.

Duties

• Provide care to new clients to insure their Home Instead experience gets off to a great start.
• Manage the introduction/training of new care professionals with new clients
• Work in our Fayetteville office in numerous support roles including the front desk, scheduling, and client care.
• Support our 24/7 business by being the on call support for our after hours phone vendor (occasional weeknights and weekends).

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a CNA in North Carolina
• At least 3 years experience working as a CNA in either a facility or for a home care agency.
• Must be able to work in homes with dogs, cats, or smokers
• Must have a valid drivers license and an insured vehicle
• Prior office experience is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
