Responsibilities
Provide peer support services to individuals with mental health conditions, including assessment, goal setting, and skill development
Develop and implement personalized recovery plans, incorporating physical, emotional, and social well-being
Facilitate support groups and educational workshops to promote shared learning and community building
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements
Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., Mental Health, Substance Abuse, or Social Work)
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a peer support or similar role
Strong understanding of mental health conditions and recovery principles
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
