Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Psychologist for a full-time role in Leavenworth, Kansas within an institutional setting.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provides psychological services within a correctional facility
Coordinates and directs psychological service programs
Works as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $165,000 – $175,000

ROLE

Conduct psychological screenings and assessments
Perform clinical interviews and evaluate patient needs
Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
Conduct rounds in segregation and confined housing areas
Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, and clinical staff
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies

Requirements:

Doctoral degree in Psychology REQUIRED
Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years clinical experience REQUIRED
At least 1 year in a comparable position REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
Must be at least 21 years of age
