About the Role
As a BCBA with Brave Steps ABA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting military children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will design, supervise, and guide individualized ABA treatment plans in home and community settings, working closely with families and RBTs to ensure meaningful progress.
This is an hourly role ($70–$85/hr).
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
- Design and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Document sessions and treatment plans in Raven Health
- Collaborate with families, providers, and team members

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Florida license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in homes and community settings
- Must pass a background check
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with TRICARE a plus (training provided if not)
Compensation & Benefits
- $70–$85/hour to start (based on experience and clinical fit)

Schedule
- Full-time role available
- Sessions typically occur Monday–Friday (daytime and afternoon)
- Primary coverage in Brandon/Riverview/Valrico with some travel across Tampa to start
