Tired of 1099 platforms promising big money but delivering inconsistent referrals, surprise rate cuts, hidden fees, and zero real support?
At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, licensed therapists join as W-2 employees earning 60% of net collections with zero overhead, steady insurance-panel referrals, hybrid flexibility, and real operational support. This is a true group practice role for clinicians who want to focus on excellent therapy, not billing, credentialing, scheduling, or collections.
Seasons is an established, clinician-centered outpatient group practice in Florida with 45+ therapists and a strong reputation for high-quality care. With offices in Coral Springs, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa, we combine the referral strength and infrastructure of a larger practice with the warmth, collaboration, and long-term support of a true clinical home.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring experienced, fully licensed therapists in the Tampa area who want more than a flexible schedule or a bigger caseload. We’re looking for clinicians who want a more sustainable way to practice — one built on consistency, professionalism, and long-term fit.
This role is ideal for therapists who do their best work when they are supported by a strong practice, surrounded by respected colleagues, and free to stay focused on clinical care. It offers the chance to build a meaningful caseload in a hybrid model while becoming part of a group that values quality, collaboration, and clinician longevity.
If you’re looking for a better long-term fit than solo practice, aggregator platforms, or burnout-driven environments, Seasons offers something increasingly hard to find: a true clinical home with the stability, support, and professional foundation to build a real career.

- Zero Overhead: We handle 100% of billing, credentialing, scheduling, and collections.
- Path to Full Benefits: Once you reach consistent full-time status (approximately 24 clinical sessions per week), transition to salaried with our comprehensive benefits package — Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (100% employer-paid premiums for full-time employees), Paid Time Off (13 days in Year 1, increasing to 26 days thereafter), and all federal holidays off.
