The Corporate Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for J-U-B. This role partners with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, post jobs, and coordinate interviews. The Corporate Recruiter leads a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports the organization in achieving hiring goals efficiently and effectively.


Role Scope & Accountability:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition approvals, job descriptions, candidate management, and hiring manager communication.
  • Represent and promote J-U-B’s employer brand to prospective candidates, effectively communicating the company’s culture, values, career opportunities, and employee experience to attract top talent.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing clear communication, expectation setting, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective hiring practices, interview processes, and decision-making to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage the offer process, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and timely acceptance.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Develop relationships with universities, industry groups, and professional networks to support early career and niche hiring.
  • Partner with the HR team to provide smooth handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Requirements:

To be successful you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or technical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.

Salary Range: $86,000 - $96,000 annually, determined by experience
