Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

Compensation:

$75,000 per year


Responsibilities:
  • Lead one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Track progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ speech, language, and cognitive abilities.
  • Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.



Qualifications:
  • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, interventions, and Gestalt Language Processing.
  • Eager to grow professionally and learn new techniques.
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
  • Understanding of speech and language anatomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience with pediatric populations, preferably in autism therapy.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.
