Psychologist

Growth Psychological Services is a well-respected and growing private practice offering neuropsychological testing services in Libertyville, IL. We are looking to thoughtfully grow our team with the addition of an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist or School Psychologist. This role would be primarily evaluation-focused, with an opportunity to carry a therapy caseload as well. An ideal candidate would have experience working with both children and adults with extensive knowledge of neurodiversity, including ADHD, autism, giftedness, and learning differences.

$130,000 - $170,000 yearly

• Conducting comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments across the lifespan
• Collaborating with other community professionals
• Providing feedback to clients and families regarding testing results
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
• Conducting individual, family, or couples therapy sessions

At Growth Psychological Services, we emphasize providing comprehensive, personalized evaluations that go beyond the diagnosis to help people and families understand the root causes of problems in living they are facing. We take a collaborative approach, and we specialize in working with neurodivergent clients. We do not fit within the narrow limitations set forth for insurance-based testing and do not accept insurance because of our nuanced approach. This also enables us to offer highly competitive pay rates for clinicians.

• Clinicians should be reimbursed for time that supports their clinical practice – we offer a professional development stipend and administrative pay
• Clinicians should be able to focus on practicing and growing their areas of interest – so we protect your time by fielding intakes, billing, collections, credentialing, marketing, etc.
• Clinicians should have the support of fellow professionals – our team meets bi-weekly for a case consultation group

Compensation details: 130000-170000 Yearly Salary
