Position Highlights
- Client Focus: Pediatric clients in home settings
- Shift Options: Varied based on client need
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay ($20-23/hr)
- Location: Local Houston area assignments
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
- Follow physician-ordered care plans and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and family members to support client wellness
- Support clients with tracheostomy care, G-tubes, ventilators (training provided, if needed)
- Document care accurately and timely using EMR system
Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification (Pediatric CPR preferred)
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred (we offer hands-on training for new grads or nurses new to home care)
- Strong communication and compassionate care approach
- Must pass background check and drug screening
