Position Highlights

• Client Focus: Pediatric clients in home settings
• Shift Options: Varied based on client need
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay ($20-23/hr)
• Location: Local Houston area assignments

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Follow physician-ordered care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and family members to support client wellness
• Support clients with tracheostomy care, G-tubes, ventilators (training provided, if needed)
• Document care accurately and timely using EMR system

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification (Pediatric CPR preferred)
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred (we offer hands-on training for new grads or nurses new to home care)
• Strong communication and compassionate care approach
• Must pass background check and drug screening
