We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated candidates to join our team for the summer! In this role, you will teach swim lessons to children, helping them develop water safety skills, improve technique, and build confidence in the water.

This position is perfect for high school and college students, teachers, or anyone seeking a rewarding role with a flexible schedule for the summer. 


Please note that seasonal shifts are week-long sessions, so you must be able to commit to the same shift every day for the week that you sign up for. Camp Lessons are held Monday-Friday, whereas Public Lessons are held Monday-Thursday and Saturday-Sunday.


There is a minimum work requirement for seasonal staff to work at least 4 week-long shifts, or at least 2 weekend days per month from June to August. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach proper swimming technique in a safe, positive, and appropriate manner to various levels and age groups in accordance with the company's curriculum (We will train you!)
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain skills, analyze and correct performance, minimize fear, and use appropriate teaching devices.
  • Excellent communication skills with your team, leaders, and patrons.
  • Complete swim certificates for swimmers in camp lessons
  • Assist with pool setup, cleanup, and adherence to facility guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
