LOOK: Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) needed ASAP!

We have an immediate need for a full time RBT who can handle some pretty intense kiddos, so come ready for a challenge! If high intensity isn't your thing, we can still use you! Please have a sense of humor, integrity and a love for kids with autism. We are located in the Tampa/Riverview/Brandon area servicing Hillsborough county, Florida. This position is for W-2 employees only, hourly, in-homes and office, full time only with guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours a week. Newly trained RBT's start at $20/hr. (if you just finished the 40 hour online course, give us a call!) Seasoned techs can add $1/hr. for every year of RBT experience up to $30/hr. Our providers are given 9 paid holidays a year plus up to 10 days of PTO in the first year with us. We offer paid renewals and PDUs, safety care & CPR training, "unrestricted hours" supervision and a company match Simple IRA for qualified employees (please note we can not offer health insurance at this time). Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals, ensuring adherence to care plans and medical documentation protocols.
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques and strategies, focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data related to patient behavior and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and documentation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote skill development through teaching and behavior management techniques.
