Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Patient Care Coordinator) – Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery

About the Opportunity

A high-volume aesthetic and cosmetic surgery practice in the Las Vegas metropolitan area is seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant with strong closing ability.

This is not a traditional coordinator role — this is a high-income opportunity for a motivated closer who can convert consultations into booked procedures and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with patients after their consultation with the surgeon to present treatment plans and pricing
• Confidently discuss procedures, pricing, and financing options
• Convert consultations into booked surgeries (same-day when possible)
• Generate quotes/invoices and guide patients through the booking process
• Perform structured and persistent follow-up with unconverted leads
• Track performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience required (high-ticket sales strongly preferred)
• Cosmetic/plastic surgery or aesthetics experience is a major plus
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets
• Strong communication, confidence, and ability to handle objections
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year
• Performance-based commission with significant earning potential
• Commission tied to actual booked revenue
• Additional bonuses for high monthly performance

Top performers in this role typically earn $8,000–$15,000+ per month based on performance
