BCaBA Mid-Level Supervisor (In-Home ABA) – Flexible Schedule + Growth Opportunity

We’re hiring a BCaBA Mid-Level Supervisor to support our in-home ABA program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, coaching RBTs, and being in the field—without the pressure of managing a full caseload independently.

You’ll work closely with a BCBA to ensure high-quality care and strong outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Supervise in-home ABA sessions
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented correctly
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to RBTs

Data & Progress

• Review session data and track progress
• Identify trends and report to BCBA
• Assist with program adjustments (with supervision)

Team Development

• Train and mentor RBTs
• Support consistency across sessions
• Assist with onboarding new staff

Parent Support

• Model strategies for caregivers
• Support carryover of skills in the home

Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year ABA experience preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in home-based ABA
• Experience training or mentoring RBTs

Compensation & Benefits

• $28–$38/hour depending on experience
