Overview
We’re seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our front desk team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and passionate about providing an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and professional first impression
- Answer phone calls and emails; manage scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Provide information about treatments, services, and skincare products
- Coordinate daily schedules with providers to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with inventory management and retail product sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Support marketing and client retention initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a med spa, salon, or medical office preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Experience with scheduling or CRM software (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Aesthetics pro, Mindbody, or similar) preferred
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Availability for flexible part-time hours REQUIRED (Monday - Friday mornings or evenings)
