Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate and organized Volunteer Coordinator/LMSW to lead and grow our volunteer program. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building community relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and support hospice volunteers.
- Coordinate volunteer visits and assignments.
- Build relationships with community groups, churches, and organizations.
- Maintain volunteer records, hours, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with special events, bereavement support, and patient/family needs.
- Promote the mission and values of Concho Hearts Hospice in the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Experience in healthcare, volunteer management, hospice, or community outreach preferred.
- Compassionate heart with a servant-leader mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
