Volunteer Coordinator - LMSW
Location: Fort Worth, TX

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate and organized Volunteer Coordinator/LMSW to lead and grow our volunteer program. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building community relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families.

What You’ll Do:

Recruit, onboard, train, and support hospice volunteers.
Coordinate volunteer visits and assignments.
Build relationships with community groups, churches, and organizations.
Maintain volunteer records, hours, and compliance documentation.
Assist with special events, bereavement support, and patient/family needs.
Promote the mission and values of Concho Hearts Hospice in the community.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW).
Strong communication and people skills.
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Experience in healthcare, volunteer management, hospice, or community outreach preferred.
Compassionate heart with a servant-leader mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
