Experteer Overview In this licensed leadership role, you guide two TCAT programs across Thurston and Mason Counties, ensuring high-quality, recovery-oriented behavioral health care. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen community partnerships, and oversee clinical standards and quality initiatives. This position emphasizes supervision, regulatory compliance, and impactful clinical governance. You join a mission-driven organization focused on delivering compassionate care and improving lives. Compensation / Benefits • Serve as the clinical authority for both programs, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to multidisciplinary behavioral health teams • Support the Administrator with quality improvement initiatives and program operations • Ensure treatment practices align with recovery-oriented care and evidence-based practices • Oversee documentation and conduct clinical chart audits to meet state and county standards • Build and maintain partnerships with county partners, providers, and community stakeholders • Support incident reviews and regulatory reporting when necessary • Ensure members served receive high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services • Participate in a structured leadership on-call rotation Tasks • Current Washington State licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent behavioral health licensure • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field • One year of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting • Two years post-graduate clinical experience in mental health services • Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use needs • Experience in community-based or outpatient settings • Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and advisory groups • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse and multicultural populations • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings including background clearance, physical exam, TB testing, and license verification Key requirements • Generous Paid Time Off accrual • Nine paid holidays • Free continuing education units (CEUs) • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
